Service Description
This class covers the physiology of birth, comfort measures for labor, building a birth plan, pain management options, and more and is great for first time parents or experienced parents. Class is approximately five hours with time to ask questions and connect with other expectant parents in the course. $250 per couple, Scholarships available for qualifying families, including those on Medicaid (apply at roecenter.org/grants)
